How do I transfer funds in my digital wallet to a bank account?

This guide aims to transfer the funds in the joinbersama digital wallet to your bank account, here are the steps to complete it.

1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Click the "My Wallet" menu
3. Click "Withdraw Balance" which is under the total wallet balance.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount you want to make, then click "Request Withdrawal"
5. Next, the Admin will check the withdrawal details you requested, please wait until the admin processes the withdrawal.
6. The maximum verification process takes 72 hours.
