How do I transfer funds in my digital wallet to a bank account?

No. Your JoinBareng wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account or e-wallet.

The balance can only be used to pay for marketplace and group-subscription (patungan) orders on JoinBareng. It never expires, so you can use it anytime.

Your wallet balance can come from:

• Top ups via QRIS or bank transfer.
• Order refunds credited to your balance.
• Referral rewards and affiliate commissions.

How to pay with your balance:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Open the “My Balance” menu.
3. Turn on “Use balance automatically at checkout”.
4. At checkout for marketplace or patungan orders, your balance is deducted first. If it is not enough, pay the rest with another payment method.

Please top up only what you plan to spend, since balance that has been added cannot be cashed out.
