1. Introduction

1.1. About Join Bareng
Join Bareng is an intermediary platform facilitating secure, legal, and transparent sharing of digital service subscriptions among users.

1.2. Acceptance of Terms
Users must read, understand, and agree to these terms before using the services.

2. General Provisions

2.1. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding for all users.
2.2. Join Bareng reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, though users will be notified via the platform or email.
2.3. All users joining a subscription group on Join Bareng are deemed to reside in the same household. This aligns with digital service providers’ policies restricting access based on shared residential addresses.

3. Definitions

• Platform : The Join Bareng application or website providing shared subscription services.
• User : An individual or entity registered on the platform as a Host or Joiner.
• Shared Subscription : A model for sharing access to digital services via Join Bareng.
• Host : A user providing a subscription account for sharing.
• Joiner : A user joining a shared subscription.

4. Service Usage Terms

a. User Obligations
4.1. Comply with all terms of service of digital platforms (e.g., Netflix, Spotify).
4.2. Provide accurate registration information.
4.3. Do not share access with unregistered parties.

b. Host Terms
4.4. Provide active, legal accounts compliant with digital service policies.
4.5. Ensure accuracy of login details shared with Joiners.

c. User Consent
4.6. Users acknowledge risks such as account suspension due to policy violations.

d. Prohibited Activities
4.7. Illegal activities, hacking, or unauthorized access distribution are prohibited.
4.8. Accounts registered on Join Bareng may not be shared outside the platform.
4.9. Reselling services without written consent from Join Bareng is prohibited.

e. Confidentiality
4.10. Users must safeguard shared login information.
4.11. Join Bareng is not liable for data breaches caused by user negligence.

5. Account Registration

5.1. Users must provide valid and up-to-date personal information.
5.2. Users under 18 require guardian consent.
5.3. Join Bareng may deactivate accounts violating these terms.

6. Fees and Payments

a. Subscription Fee Changes
6.1. Join Bareng may adjust fees with prior notice.

b. Payment Terms
6.2. Payments are processed via platform methods and are final.
6.3. Fees are non-refundable unless due to Join Bareng’s error.
6.4. Join Bareng charges a service fee calculated as:

• Monthly : (Joiner Price/person/month × 10%) + IDR 8,000
• Yearly : (Joiner Price/person/year × 20%) + IDR 6,500

Example :

• Monthly subscription: IDR 50,000/person/month
• Service fee: (50,000 × 10%) + 8,000 = IDR 13,000
• Total payment: IDR 63,000

7. Rights and Responsibilities of Join Bareng

7.1. Join Bareng acts as an intermediary and is not affiliated with digital service providers.
7.2. Join Bareng is not liable for user policy violations.
7.3. Join Bareng may suspend violating accounts.

8. User Rights and Responsibilities

8.1. Users are responsible for their actions and account security.
8.2. Users acknowledge risks, including:

• Account suspension due to policy breaches.
• Data privacy risks if access is mishandled.
• Disputes between Hosts and Joiners.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Join Bareng is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from service use.
9.2. Join Bareng does not mediate user disputes.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Mediation :

• Disputes must first be resolved through mediation facilitated by Join Bareng within 3 working days.
• Join Bareng’s decision is final and binding.

10.2. Legal Action :
If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved under Indonesian law. Users consent to jurisdiction in Indonesian courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1. Join Bareng may amend these terms at any time.

12. Subscription Termination

12.1. Joiners may cancel subscriptions via account settings.
12.2. Paid fees are non-refundable.

13. Legal Violations

Users violating laws or terms may face:

1. Account termination and reporting to service providers.
2. Legal action under Indonesian law, including intellectual property or data fraud violations.

14. Compensation

14.1. Join Bareng may compensate users for losses due to system errors.

15. Closing

15.1. By using Join Bareng, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
