How do I request a refund?

Refund Via Profile

Here are some steps to request a refund via the profile menu.

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Select the "Personal Information" menu.
3. Select the "Refund" menu.
4. Make sure you read the terms and conditions to make a refund, if you have understood and finished reading, please click "Understand".
5. Fill in the details of the refund application form consisting of
   1. Affected Subcription
   2. Reasons for requesting a refund
   3. Supporting evidence in the form of screenshots to corroborate the reason for applying for a refund.
   4. Descriptive explanation to corroborate the reason for requesting a refund.
6. Click "Submit Request" to submit your refund request.

The refund process will be processed by the team immediately, within a maximum of 48 hours.

Refunds via Subscription Details Page

Here are the steps to request a refund via the subscription booking page:

1. On the dashboard page, select one of the subscriptions you have by clicking the "Access Subscriptions" button.
2. On the subscription details page, click the "three dots" to the right of the "View invitations" button.
3. Click "Refund" on the drop menu option.
4. Make sure you read the terms and conditions to make a refund, if you have understood and finished reading, please click "Understand".
5. Fill in the details of the refund application form consisting of
   1. Affected Subcription
   2. Reasons for requesting a refund
   3. Supporting evidence in the form of screenshots to corroborate the reason for applying for a refund.
   4. Descriptive explanation to corroborate the reason for requesting a refund.
6. Click "Submit Request" to submit your refund request.
