When Will I Be Charged?

You will be charged in two scenarios:

1. As a Joiner, when you first join a subscription offered by a Host in the marketplace.
2. As a Joiner, when you renew a subscription you have previously joined in the previous month.

In these two cases, you will be charged when using JoinBareng. To process transactions, JoinBareng provides several payment methods managed by our payment gateway partner, Xendit. Below are the available payment methods:

Debit and Credit Card

JoinBareng supports debit and credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. Payments with cards from other providers cannot be processed at this time.

E-Wallet

JoinBareng supports e-wallet payments available in Indonesia, such as Ovo, Dana, Shopee Pay, and LinkAja. JoinBareng connects your e-wallet account through Xendit as the payment gateway partner.

JoinBareng Wallet

JoinBareng offers its own wallet to simplify transactions for Joiners. You only need to top up once and enjoy seamless transactions using the JoinBareng Wallet. You can top up using the following methods:
