With the Family 3 Slot Monthly plan, you get ABCmouse access through an official invitation sent to your email. The invitation is valid for one month and can be used for one child with a profile you manage yourself. Since access is invitation-based, avoid changing the email used to receive the invitation or modifying the provided login details so you do not lose access.
After you pay for your slot, JoinBareng will process the invitation to your registered email. Once the invitation arrives, follow the instructions in the email to activate the account and start learning. Please note this is a shared account, so do not change the credentials or log out other devices without coordination, as this would disrupt other members.
For group plans, activation waits until every slot is filled. Once the group is full, the admin activates the subscription and sends the access details. Currently, the 1-user (private) plan is open and ready to order, while the group plan will be available soon. Stay tuned for the next announcement on the product page.
