Important rules for shared accounts: do not change the password or email already set up, and do not log out other devices. Since the account is shared among members, doing so will disrupt other participants. Just log in on your own device with the credentials provided by admin, then start learning normally.
Currently, only the 1-user or private plan is open, which means the account is fully yours to use. Group plans with a maximum of 3 people per slot will be available soon, and when the group plan opens you may need to wait until the slot is full before admin activates the plan and sends the access. All communication is handled via WhatsApp for clarity.
