With this group plan, you'll receive an official Chatbase invitation sent directly to your email. Once accepted, you become an active user on the shared account and can immediately use all Hobby plan features, including document-based AI training, website widget, and conversation analytics. Payment is made upfront per slot, and the price per slot is significantly lower than an individual subscription.
Sharing rules for the shared account: do not change the password, do not change the primary email, and do not log out other devices. Since this is a shared account, stability for all members is the priority. Violating these rules and causing disruption for other members may result in access being revoked. To maintain quality, the Hobby plan is capped at 2 members per group, and slots must be full before the admin activates the subscription and sends invitations.
The 1-user (private) plan is available now, while the group plan is being prepared and will be opened soon. Once opened, you can register and join a running group or wait for a new group to form. Because the system uses email invitations, make sure the email you register with JoinBareng is the one you use for your Chatbase account, so the invitation arrives without any issues.
If the group is not yet full, the invitation will not be sent. Once all slots are filled, the JoinBareng admin will process the subscription with the vendor and send invitations to all group members via email. Activation usually happens on the same day after the group is full, depending on the processing queue that day.
After receiving the invitation, click the link in the email to accept and start using Chatbase. If you run into any issues during activation, contact the admin via WhatsApp, which is available throughout the registration process.
