How do I join the Crystal group buy?

Choose the Crystal Premium plan on the group-buy page, pay via QRIS as shown on the invoice, then wait for the admin to activate the account. Once activated, login credentials are sent via WhatsApp and you can start using Crystal right away.

How is the Crystal group buy different from the pay-on-behalf service?

With the pay-on-behalf service, the Crystal account is registered under your own email. With the group buy, you share the account and credentials with other members, so the cost per slot is cheaper but you do not own a personal account.

When will the Crystal group plan open?

Currently only the 1-user (private) plan is open, processed as a pay-on-behalf service. The group plan with up to 2 members will open once the member quota is reached.

Shared account rules: do not change the password, email, or subscription info; do not log out other members' devices; do not add extra paid seats or plugins on your own; use Crystal reasonably within the plan. Violating these rules may cause other group members to lose access and force an admin reset, which disrupts everyone.
