With the Eraser Starter group buy package via JoinBareng, you get shared access with a maximum of 2 people per group. The Eraser account used is a shared account managed by JoinBareng admin, so you log in using the credentials given after the group slot is full and admin activates the plan. This option is suitable for those who want to use Eraser's AI diagram and documentation features at a lighter cost per person than the official subscription.
Important rules for the shared account: don't change the password, email, or login method set by admin because it will disrupt other users in the same slot. Don't forcibly log out other devices, and don't use the account on more than one device simultaneously as it will cause session conflicts. All slot members have simultaneous access to Starter features including AI diagrams, canvas collaboration, and export to standard formats. If a member violates the rules, admin can deactivate their access.
For the 1-user private package, you immediately get private access without waiting for a group to fill up. Currently only the 1-user package is open. The group package will follow and will be announced on this page once available. While the group package is not yet open, you can still order the 1-user private package or use the pay-on-behalf service for a personal subscription that you manage on your own.
