The currently opened slot is a 1-user (private) package per Klangio app, such as Piano2Notes Pro or Guitar2Notes Pro on a monthly period. Once the payment is confirmed, users receive shared account credentials that are activated immediately. Because the account is shared, do not change the password or email, and do not log out other devices to keep the session stable for everyone in the group. These rules matter so that every user in the group keeps smooth access throughout the period.
You get the main Pro features for the selected Klangio app, including larger transcription capacity, higher accuracy, and export to PDF, MIDI, and MusicXML. Users can work across the chosen app based on the package, for example Piano2Notes for piano players or the equivalent for other instruments. Since only 1-user packages are available right now, group packages will follow later and will be announced once the group slot opens.
Once the group package opens, users simply wait until the group slot is fully filled before the admin activates access and sends the credentials. If the group is not full by the end of the recruitment period, the payment will be refunded or the user can choose to wait for the next period, following the policy shown on the product page.
