The KoalaWriter group plan uses credential sharing, meaning you log in to a shared account managed by JoinBareng's admin. The plan currently open is Starter on a monthly basis, capped at 3 users per group. The price per slot is shown automatically on the plan card and does not include any future capacity upgrade fees.
Shared account rules: do not change the password or email of the account, do not log out other devices, and use the account in line with Koala AI's terms. Violating these rules can get your access revoked without refund because it affects the whole group. A 1-user plan is also available now if you prefer a private account, while larger group plans will follow later.
If the group has not filled up when you order, your order is still recorded and waits until the slot is taken. Once the group is full, the admin activates the subscription and sends the credential via WhatsApp. Activation follows Koala AI's policy and usually takes no more than one business day after the group is complete.
