Because this plan uses a shared account, a few rules must be respected. Never change the account password or email, since that would lock out the other members and break the sharing arrangement. Also, do not log out other devices because credentials are limited by the plan. JoinBareng's admin will send the login details via WhatsApp as soon as your payment is received and your slot is activated.
For the 1-user or private option, activation happens right after payment and access is delivered via an official invitation email from the vendor. Group plans with more than one slot will be opened once capacity and the system are ready, so for now the available option is the 1-user plan. If you have already paid and the group has not yet filled up, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to offer a refund or the option to wait until the slot is filled, according to the policy in effect at that time.
