Because Core supports unlimited users on the vendor side, the entire team can join without paying any extra per-seat fee.
Since the sharing type is invitation-based, you will receive an official invite directly to your own email. Once you accept the invite and complete sign-up or sign-in, your Langfuse account is automatically tied to the shared plan. Make sure the email you submit is one you fully control, otherwise the invite cannot be delivered.
For the 1-user plan, access is activated as soon as your QRIS payment is confirmed. The upcoming group plan will wait until all slots are filled before the admin activates the plan and sends access to every member. The per-slot price is shown automatically on the plan card and may change based on the latest exchange rate.
During the shared subscription, please do not change the account password or email, and do not intentionally log out other devices. These rules keep shared access stable so all members can use the plan comfortably.
