The LTX Studio Lite shared plan gives you one LTX Studio account used by up to 2 people in a single group. Each member pays their slot in rupiah via QRIS and receives the shared login credentials once the package is activated. Because it is a shared account, do not change the password, do not change the email, and do not log out other members, so every slot can keep using the service without disruption.
For the 1 user package, you buy a single private slot and do not share with anyone, so access feels more flexible than a group plan. The multi-member group plan will open later once JoinBareng has the credential splitting flow and sharing rules ready. Until the group plan is officially available, the only option for LTX Studio sharing is the 1 user package on Lite.
If the group does not fill up by the deadline, JoinBareng will contact the members who have paid to discuss next steps, including a refund according to the applicable policy. All communication, from slot confirmation to credential delivery to group status updates, is handled via WhatsApp so every member has a clear record throughout the subscription period.
