The PDF.ai Pro group plan gives you shared access to an account with 100 PDFs and 1,000 chats per month—plenty for students, academics, or professionals handling long documents regularly. With a maximum of three slots per group, the per-person cost is much cheaper than a private subscription, and you still get core features like auto-summarization, page citations, and multi-language support. Right now only the 1-user (private) package is open for purchase; group packages will follow.
Rules for using the shared account: the credentials you receive are login details for an account set up by the admin. Do not change the password, do not change the email, and do not log out other devices so that group members' sessions stay stable. Violations may result in access being restored without notice and your slot being forfeited. Use the account ethically: don't permanently download all files, don't use it for activities that violate PDF.ai's terms, and clean up your uploads when finished.
Only the 1-user (private) package is open for purchase at this time. Once group packages are ready, you'll be notified and can book a slot on the same page. If you book now, you get full private access to the package quota—no queueing or waiting for other members.
