This group plan uses a credential sharing model, where one PixelLab account is shared among up to 3 people. You will receive the same login credential as other group members, and can use all features included in the selected tier. The per-slot price is cheaper than an individual subscription, perfect for creators who want to save while still getting full PixelLab features.
There are a few important rules to follow so all group members stay comfortable. Do not change the password or email of the shared account, since it will lock out other members. Do not log out other devices without confirmation, so everyone can keep using the service. Violating these rules may result in your slot being deactivated without refund. Slots are allocated once the group reaches the minimum number of members, and admin will send the credentials as soon as the group is ready.
If the group is not yet full within the same period, you have two options: wait until the group is formed (admin will inform you of the estimated time), or cancel the order and request a refund. Currently the 1-user or private package is open, and the group package will be available once the team finishes preparation. Until the group package is officially available, the shared option cannot be ordered.
