This Sapling group plan uses credential-based access, meaning you receive a shared login for an account that already has the Pro plan activated. All members in one group use the same credentials, so it is important not to change the password, not change the account email, and not log out other devices. These rules ensure every group member can keep accessing the service without interruption. The group buy price is shown automatically on the plan card, and you pay once for your slot.
If you choose the group package, the process takes a little longer than the 1-user plan. After payment, you wait until the group is filled up to the maximum of 2 members. Once the group is full, JoinBareng will immediately activate the plan on the shared account and send the credentials to all members via WhatsApp. While waiting, you can monitor the group status and still cancel if you change your mind—subject to our standard policy.
For the 1-user package currently available, you do not need to wait for the group to fill up because the slot is activated as soon as payment is received. The group package will be opened later once JoinBareng is ready to manage the access distribution and group rules. Until then, the 1-user package is the quickest and simplest way to start using Sapling Pro at a lighter cost.
