With the Basic sharing plan, you get shared login access to a Typecast account used by up to 3 people. The account is already active on the Basic monthly plan, so you can immediately render audio with hundreds of character voices, emotion controls, and the commercial license that comes with Basic. Every member uses the same credentials to log in to the Neosapience dashboard, so there is no separate account setup or separate vendor payment needed. This is the most affordable way to enjoy Typecast without paying a full solo subscription.
Important rules for shared accounts: do not change the password or email provided by the admin, since that would lock out the other members. Do not log out other members' devices, and consider using browser profiles or bookmarks to keep sessions from interfering with each other. If Neosapience refreshes the credentials, the admin will send the new ones via WhatsApp and notify everyone in the group. Violations can result in membership being revoked without a refund because it disrupts other members.
For Basic, single-user slots are opened first, so you get full access on your own without waiting for a group to fill. Group packages with multiple slots will be opened afterwards. Once a Basic group is full, the admin activates the account and sends the credentials to all members. Activation after payment is quick, usually within minutes to a few hours depending on the queue.
