The current shared Zapier plan is the Team tier with 25 user seats and the lowest task tier of approximately 2,000 tasks per month. You'll receive access via an official invitation sent directly by Zapier to the email address you register—so it's not a shared account where multiple people log in with one credential, but rather your own personal account under the JoinBareng team subscription. Simply accept the invitation in your inbox (or check the "Pending invitation" tab if it doesn't appear immediately), and you'll instantly have full access to all Zaps, integrations, and features in that tier.
Because access is via email invitation, there are a few important rules: use an email that's active and correct, don't accept the invitation using a different email from the one you registered, and make sure you don't remove yourself from the team subscription once accepted. One slot equals one user, and each shared group contains a maximum of 20 people as per the Team plan. If any member leaves mid-period, their slot doesn't automatically get filled unless a new member joins—but this is very rare and usually announced by admin if it happens.
Please note: currently only the 1-user private slot is active—the group package will be opened soon. Once the group package is opened and the group is full according to the 20-person quota, admin will immediately activate the subscription and send invitations to all members on the same day. Before the group is full, no access is granted and no payment is due; you just register and wait for admin confirmation via WhatsApp. If the group doesn't reach quota after a certain period, admin will refund or move you to a 1-user slot per our policy.
