The Zoho Mail Lite shared plan gives you an official account from Zoho Corporation delivered as an email invitation to the address you register. Once the invitation arrives, set a password, log in to the webmail or the Zoho Mail app, and start sending emails from your new professional address right away. The inbox quota is 5 GB per user, enough for daily communication in a small team or community.
Because the plan uses an official invitation, the access you receive is your own account under the registered email. Avoid changing the primary email or password carelessly, as this may disconnect you from the shared system and disrupt the other members. Simply log in with the email and password created when the invitation was first processed.
Right now only the 1-user plan is open for users who need immediate access without waiting for a full group. The group plan with up to five people per slot will follow shortly. Once the group plan is available, you can pick a slot, pay via QRIS, and wait for the admin to activate access once the slot reaches its quota.
