What you get is the shared account login credentials, and all group members can use the 5 device slots VyprVPN provides either alternately or simultaneously as needed.
Because the account is shared, there are important rules all members must follow to keep things smooth: do not change the password or email of the account, do not intentionally log out other members' devices, and do not change settings that affect other users. Simply log in on your own devices, use it normally, and only log out from your own devices when done. Violating these rules may force the admin to reset the account, disrupting all group members.
