With the Email Invitation Standard plan, you get one slot of a shared Zoho Vault Standard subscription valid for one month. After your QRIS payment is confirmed, we send the official Zoho invitation to the email address you registered. Just accept the invite from your inbox and start setting up your team's password vault. No shared credentials are handed out, because access is delivered through Zoho's native invitation system.
For the 1-user plan currently available, your slot activates right after payment without waiting for a group to fill. Later, when group plans open, up to 5 people will share a single Standard subscription, and activation happens once all slots are taken. Before accepting the invitation, make sure your email is valid and able to receive messages from the zoho.com domain so the invite does not land in spam.
Do not change the primary email or password of your Zoho account after accepting the invitation, as this may affect your continued access. If you run into any issue receiving or activating the invitation, contact the JoinBareng admin on WhatsApp for guidance.
