Sharing an account is easy, as long as every member knows their role:
For You as a Joiner:
- Provide Google Email: You must provide your Google account email (Gmail) to the Host so they can invite you.

Steps for You as a Joiner:

- Receive Invitation: The Host will invite you to their Google Family Group. You'll receive this invitation via email. Open the email and accept the invitation to join.

Important to Know: Google One Sharing Terms
Google One is designed for sharing with family members. You'll get a portion of the total cloud storage the Host has (e.g., if the Host has 2 TB and there are 3 people in the group, that total 2 TB is shared). Most importantly, your personal data (like files in Google Drive, emails in Gmail, or photos in Google Photos) remains private and cannot be accessed by the Host or other group members.
