Through the Enscape Solo annual shared package, you pay per slot and receive access to a shared account that already has the active license for the full year. Access uses shared credentials, so you will receive the email and password after JoinBareng's admin activates the package. The Enscape license remains active for one full year from activation, with no mid-term renewal worries.
There are a few important rules to follow so that everyone in the group gets an equally good experience. Never change the email, password, or login information of the shared account because it will lock out other group members. Do not sign out other members' devices, and always log in through the method provided by JoinBareng. Violations usually result in slot deactivation without refund.
For the 1-user (private) package, you get access immediately after payment without waiting for other members. The group package with a maximum of 2 people per group will be opened later; while waiting, you can subscribe to the 1-user package first or use the pay service for a personal license. All usage guides, admin contacts, and password recovery procedures are delivered via WhatsApp once the package is active.
