How do I join an Internxt shared plan on JoinBareng?

Pick the available Internxt plan on the product page and place your order. Once your QRIS payment is received, the admin activates the account and sends the login details via WhatsApp. You can sign in right away and start using the storage.

What are the rules for using the shared Internxt account?

Do not change the password, email, or log out other devices from the account. Doing so will disturb other slot users and may force the admin to reset the account. Use the account for normal personal needs and avoid continuous heavy streaming or downloading.

What is the difference between Internxt group buy and pay-on-behalf?

With the pay-on-behalf service, you get your own personal account that JoinBareng pays in full, with the full plan capacity. With group buy, you share one account with other slots, so the price per person is lower but capacity and bandwidth are shared.

When will Internxt group plans be available?

Internxt group plans for multiple users are not open yet and will be released once JoinBareng finishes the technical and group activation setup. Once available, the product page will show the group plan along with the maximum slots per group.

Product Information

Important!

The currently available package is the Internxt Essential 1TB annual plan for one user. You get shared credential access to an already-activated account matching the purchased period. After activation, you can sign in to the Internxt desktop or mobile app and start uploading right away. The per-slot price includes the JoinBareng service fee and is shown automatically on the plan card, so no manual calculation is needed.

Because this is a shared account, do not change the password, email, or log out other devices. Doing so will disturb other slot users and usually forces the admin to reset the account, which eats into your actual usage time. Use the account for normal personal needs and avoid continuous heavy streaming or downloading so the connection stays stable for all slot users.

Group packages for multiple users are not open yet and will follow later. Once group plans are available, the flow will be: pick a plan, pay with QRIS, wait for the group to fill up, then the admin activates the account and sends access details to all members via WhatsApp. For the current 1-user package, activation happens immediately after payment without waiting for other users.
