With the Ente Photos shared plan at JoinBareng, you get access to the Starter 50GB plus Family Plan on a monthly basis. Access is delivered via an official invitation sent to your email, so you just need to accept and activate it on your own Ente Photos account. The per-slot price already includes the service fee and is clearly displayed on the plan card before checkout, with no hidden charges.
The shared plan uses an invitation mechanism rather than a shared account, so each member receives access through their own Ente Photos account. This means end-to-end encryption privacy is preserved because only you hold the keys to your files. After the invitation is received and accepted, you can immediately back up photos and videos to the cloud without worrying about your data being accessed by others.
Currently JoinBareng serves the 1-user or private plan for Ente Photos. The group plan with a maximum of 6 people per Family Plan is in preparation and will be opened shortly once everything is set up. Once the group plan is available, you can invite friends or family to join the shared subscription, and the per-slot cost will be much more affordable than individual subscriptions.
