With the Philo Essential group buy plan, you get shared account login access covering 70+ US TV channels like AMC, A&E, Comedy Central, MTV, HGTV, Hallmark, and many more. You pay per slot, much cheaper than subscribing solo. The account is a shared one, so login credentials are distributed among all slot members and must not be changed without permission. Cloud DVR, profiles, and watch history work like a normal personal subscription.
Important rules to keep things smooth: do not change the Philo account password or email, do not log out other members' devices, and do not add extra profiles beyond the allowed limit. Since Philo supports up to three profiles and three simultaneous streams, the watching experience stays comfortable as long as every member uses their slot wisely. Currently we are offering 1-user (private) plans, while group plans with multiple members will be coming soon. When group plans open, you will see a new option on the plan card and can sign up directly without hassle.
If you sign up for the 1-user plan, access activates immediately after payment verification, so no need to wait for other members. Once group plans officially open, there is a chance you may need to wait for the group to fill before the admin activates and distributes access. If the group does not fill within the specified period, the order can be cancelled with a refund according to JoinBareng's policy.
