The Fish Audio Plus group plan uses credential sharing, meaning you receive login access to a shared account that already has the Plus plan active. Quota and features are shared among group members, so this option works best for users with moderate or occasional usage. Reserve your slot through JoinBareng, pay via QRIS, and access details are delivered once your slot is active.
Important rules: do not change the password or email, and do not log out other devices. The shared account is used by other group members, so any change from your side can lock out other members. Violations may result in slot revocation without refund. All incidents are reported to the admin and followed up.
Currently, the 1-user (private) plan is open for those who want their own access without waiting for a full group. Group plans with a maximum of 3 people per slot are being prepared and will open soon. Check the product page for updates on group plan availability.
After the group fills up (for group plans), the admin activates the plan and sends access to all members at once. For the 1-user plan, access is sent right after payment is confirmed. If there are any login or activation issues, contact the admin via WhatsApp listed on the invoice.
