Because this is a sharing service, there are a few important rules to follow for everyone's comfort. Never change the account's email or password, and do not log out from devices other than your own. If you change the password without permission, other group members will lose access and recovery will take time. Simply log in using the credentials given by the admin and use the features as needed.
For the 1-user plan, you do not need to wait for the group to fill—access is activated as soon as your payment is received. Meanwhile, for the group plan with a maximum of 3 people, you may need to wait a moment until all slots are filled before the admin activates and sends credential access via WhatsApp. If the group has not filled within a reasonable time, our team will contact you with refund options according to our policy.
