The rules for using a shared account are straightforward: do not change the password or email of the account, do not log out other members' devices, and use the quota sparingly according to your needs. Currently, the 1-user or private package is open, where you get full access to the quota without sharing it with anyone else. Group packages with more than one slot will be opened later after the sharing infrastructure is ready.
