The Rokoko Basic group buy plan gives access to a shared account used by a maximum of 2 people per group for a monthly period. You will receive the Rokoko login credential (email and password) once the group is full and the admin activates the plan. This credential is shared with other group members, so it is important not to change the password, email, or log out other members who are still active. All members can enjoy Rokoko Basic features including Vision motion capture, FBX retarget, and the motion library during the active period.
During the active period, use Rokoko responsibly and take turns with other members. Avoid excessive downloads or activities that could trigger anomaly detection from Rokoko, as this could lead to suspension of the shared account. If a member violates the rules, other members can report to the JoinBareng admin via WhatsApp for follow-up. This shared account is not for resale, and each slot is for one person whose name is registered in the order data.
For group plans, the group will wait until the 2-person quota is met before the admin processes activation and sends the credentials to all members. Estimated activation after the group is full is 1-5 minutes during working hours, and a few hours maximum outside working hours. If you order when the group is not yet full, the order is still recorded and you only pay after the group is confirmed. Currently the 1-user (private) plan is opened first, and group plans are coming soon—contact the JoinBareng admin via WhatsApp to confirm availability.
