How to Cancel My Subscription Request?

Subscription cancellation is only available if you subscribe to a host who has disabled the "Instant Acceptance" feature. If you change your mind, you can cancel your request within 2 minutes after completing the transaction (during the waiting period). If the host has already accepted you into their subscription service, you will not be able to request a cancellation.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription request:

1. After completing the payment using a digital wallet,
2. You will be redirected back to the dashboard page.
3. On the dashboard, you will see that the subscription you joined is still in "Pending Approval" status.
4. You can cancel if, within the next 2 minutes, the host has not yet accepted your subscription request. A "Cancel" button will then appear.
5. Click the "Cancel" button to immediately cancel the subscription process.
6. The amount you paid for the transaction will be immediately returned to your digital wallet.
